Keration is sold by Vika Dunamalyan, a sole trader resident in the Republic of Armenia, personal taxpayer identification number (TIN) 67140328, of Torosyan 4/3 Street, Apartment 12, Spitak, Lori Province, Republic of Armenia ("we", "us"). Keration is an Expert Advisor (software) for MetaTrader 5 that trades XAUUSD (gold) only.

It is delivered as a download from My account: Keration_v1.24.zip, which contains Keration.ex5, presets (.set files), a README and a 9-page user guide. You never receive the source code.

A free demo is available: the same file runs without a licence key in the MT5 Strategy Tester, so you can test it before you pay.

Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. At the time of writing:

Prices are in USD. Where the law requires it, taxes such as VAT or GST are added at checkout based on where you live, and shown before you pay.

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Monthly and yearly plans paid by card renew automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from My account → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period (month or year) you have paid for.

We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a paid period after you cancel. This is in addition to our 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment (see the Refund policy).

When you buy a plan, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Keration for as long as your plan is active (for Lifetime, with no end date).

• Your licence key is tied to your MT5 account numbers.
• You can add accounts yourself while you have free slots on your plan.
• To replace an account, send a request from My account. We approve it and issue a new key.
• Monthly keys stop working 3 days after the paid period ends. Lifetime keys never expire.
• Without a valid key the EA opens no new trades, but it keeps managing trades that are already open.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of Keration;
• resell, rent or sublicense it;
• share your licence key with anyone else;
• copy or redistribute the software, the presets or the user guide.

Trading gold CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. You can lose money.

• Keration is an execution tool. It is not financial advice, not an investment service and not portfolio management.
• Past, simulated or backtested results do not guarantee future results.
• You choose the settings and the profile, and you are solely responsible for the trades on your accounts.

Keration only works while MetaTrader 5 is running and connected. A Windows VPS is recommended.

We are not responsible for your broker's execution, spreads or slippage, for outages of your computer, VPS, internet connection, broker or MetaTrader 5, or for breaches of prop-firm rules or account disqualification. If you trade a prop-firm account, check that firm's rules before you start.

Keration is provided "as is", without any promise that it will be free of errors or work without interruption.

Updates may add, change or remove features.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Keration is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.

We may end your licence and revoke your key if you abuse it, for example by sharing your key. You can stop using Keration at any time.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about changes by email or on our website before they apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes go to the courts of Armenia. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

• Email address, for your account and for login by magic link. Customers don't have passwords.
• MT5 account numbers, to issue your licence keys.
• Plan and subscription details: plan, status and the date you have paid until.
• Payment records: date, description, amount, currency, status, the Stripe payment reference and a link to the receipt. We never receive your card number.
• Account change requests you send from My account (for example, replacing an MT5 account), and short internal support notes about your account.
• Licence keys issued to you, including old keys, so we can help you if you change accounts.
• Emails: the support emails you send us, and a copy of the emails we send you (recipient, subject, content and date), for support records.
• Your name, only if you give it to us.
• IP address, used only for a short time in the server's memory to limit repeated login attempts. We don't store it in our database.

• To provide the service (your account, login, licence keys, updates and support). Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep tax and accounting records. Basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and licence abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.

We only send transactional emails: login links (valid for 15 minutes), receipts, your licence key when it is issued or changes, and a reminder 5 days before a licence expires. We don't send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

We use these providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Payments: Stripe
• Hosting: Hostinger
• Email delivery: [EMAIL PROVIDER]

The licence key is checked by the EA itself, on your computer, against your MT5 account number. The EA does not connect to our servers and does not send us your trades, balance or any other trading data.

Our forward test is tracked on Myfxbook. Myfxbook is an external site with its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it.

My account uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you log out, and can't be read by scripts on the page. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. [UPDATE IF YOU ADD ANALYTICS]

We keep account data while your account is active. Payment records are kept for the period required by Armenian accounting and tax law, understood to be five years from the end of the relevant tax year. Login links expire after 15 minutes and are deleted within a day. Login sessions end after 30 days or when you log out. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for a short time.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you access to your personal data;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• give it to you in a portable format;
• stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest (objection).

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, these rights come from the GDPR (UK GDPR in the UK). If you are in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 gives you rights to access and correct your information. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the data protection authority of your country.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

Keration is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. We will tell you about important changes by email or on our website.

If Keration isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment of any plan. No questions asked.

We refund the payment to your original payment method: card payments through Stripe. When the refund is made, your licence key is revoked.

• Renewals and later payments are not covered by the guarantee, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If you cancel a monthly or yearly plan, you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of that period.

You don't need to pay to test Keration: the same file runs without a key in the MT5 Strategy Tester.

This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
